The process map is finished. Then what?

Your analyst drew the process, the flow was signed off, the diagram looked great in the deck. Then came the real work: the screens that process runs on.Forms went into a queue. Mobile became its own project. The ERP integration slipped to Q3. Six months later the process still runs on email and Excel — and the diagram sits in a folder.

The problem isn't modeling the process. It's that nobody builds the application afterwards.

How It Works

From process design to production in four steps.

Environments and the release pipeline ship inside the platform; instead of building them from scratch, your team runs them from one screen. The distance between a diagram and a working application drops to days.
STEP 01

Model it

Draw the process in the BPMN 2.0 designer. Tasks, gateways, timers, subprocesses — in the standard notation your analyst already knows.

STEP 02

Generate it

You define the process parameters in a few clicks: which field is required, which is read-only, which rule applies. Kuika builds every user screen from that definition.

STEP 03

Connect it

Add system actions to any step. Read from the ERP, write to the CRM, call an AI agent, send a notification. No code required.

STEP 04

Ship it

Publish your web app, then build the mobile version from the same process model and send it to the stores. Watch every running instance and update the process without stopping it.

Open Standard

The standard isn't our differentiator. It's our baseline.

We don't start the conversation without BPMN 2.0. The difference is what we do after the standard.
A tool that imposes its own notation locks your processes inside itself. Your diagram is unreadable anywhere else, and the skill your team learns doesn't travel.
Kuika Workflow No silos, no friction
No silos, no friction

Business analysts, developers and managers look at the same diagram and read the same thing. They work on the same process design at the same time.

Kuika No vendor lock-in
No vendor lock-in

We use a universal standard. Your processes stay transparent and portable.

Low learning curve

Adoption accelerates, total cost of ownership goes down. An analyst who knows BPMN is productive on day one.

Design. Click. Done.

Stop wasting time writing code. With a single click, Kuika generates every user screen for your application.
Generate every screen in one click, including process parameters, required fields, and read-only data.
Speed and standards
Speed and standards

You gain enormous speed and one single enterprise design standard.

Not static
Not static

You can edit the generated screens whenever you want and build custom layouts that follow your corporate design guidelines.

An application, not a form
An application, not a form

A form is a submission screen. What Kuika generates is an application with lists, dashboards and detail screens.

Artificial Intelligence

AI. Not on the roadmap, in the flow.

Your processes no longer just run; they understand, sense and decide.
In Kuika, AI agents and actions are a natural part of the process. Not a separate module, not an extra license, not a future release.
Sentiment analysis
Sentiment analysis

Run text analysis at the start of a complaint process and route it by how angry the customer is. Angry cases go straight to a manager, routine ones take the standard path.

Decision steps
Decision steps

Hand a step to AI. Let it read the document, classify it, find the missing field and write the result to the next gateway.

VIBE CODIGN
Build workflows with vibe coding

Describe the workflow in plain language; Kuika builds the process, the screens and the data model. Your team picks it up from there and refines it.

Approvals don't wait at the office.

Web and mobile screens come out of the same process model. No second project, no second team.
Model the process once, run it in two places.
Managers approve from their phone
Managers approve from their phone

Approval screens are fully mobile-ready. The process doesn't stall while a manager is travelling.

The field enters the data
The field enters the data

Photo, location, signature and barcode fields work on site, on mobile.

One codebase, one maintenance job
One codebase, one maintenance job

Change the process and web and mobile update at the same time. No keeping two versions in sync.

Respect the old. Invite the new.

Don't fight your existing ERP or your ten-year-old database. Kuika weaves a modern, agile orchestration layer over them.
Ripping out a working system is the most expensive way to modernise.
Don't replace it, wrap it
Your mainframe, your on-premise ERP and your stored procedures stay where they are and turn into callable steps of a modern workflow.
A new front door
Employees see a mobile-ready screen. The system of record behind it doesn't change. Adoption stops depending on how old the backend is.
Process by process, not all at once
Move one process at a time. Every process you model in Kuika is one more place where work stops running on Excel.

Connect everything.

No data left on its own. Let your ERP, CRM and HR systems talk over a single flow.
Kuika ships with a system action library covering REST and SOAP services, SQL databases, file stores, mail servers and message queues.
Native, not bolted on

Your custom data types and third-party systems become first-class objects in the workflow. You bind a field to an ERP record exactly the way you bind it to a local one.

Kuika Workflow Triggers and conditions
Triggers and conditions

A record changes in one system and a process starts in another. Sync runs on events, not on overnight batch jobs.

Two-way by default
Two-way by default

Read and write. A workflow that can only read is a report.

The parts come together. Something much bigger wakes up.

Say goodbye to the monolith. Let every department build its own module and bring them all under one roof.
Modular development

One developer builds the IT Helpdesk app while another works on HR processes. They are independent micro apps.

One portal (Shell App)

Deliver every micro app to employees through a single Shell App and create a seamless super-app experience.

Easy maintenance

Real flexibility in deployment and maintenance. An update in one module doesn't affect the whole system.

Grow department by department.

You start with the first process, the second department adds its own module. You spread across the enterprise without one giant project.

Processes already running on Kuika.

Start with the process that hurts most. Once it works, add the next one.
Leave and absence

AI sentiment analysis at intake routes angry cases straight to a manager, while routine ones continue on the standard path.

Employee onboarding
Employee onboarding

Equipment, accounts, training and the first-week checklist run as parallel branches. The process closes only when every branch does.

Quality and nonconformity
Quality and nonconformity

A finding logged on mobile in the field, an assigned root cause, corrective action tracked to closure, a complete audit trail.

Invoice and expense approval

Document capture, coding, policy check, approval by threshold, hand-off to finance. Exceptions escalate on a timer instead of waiting in a queue.

The right tool for the right job.

Not every process tool does the same job. We're explicit about where we stand.

What is workflow management?

Workflow management is the practice of defining, automating and monitoring the steps a business process moves through. Its goal is to get work to the right person or system, at the right time, with the right data.
Kuika Discovery
Discovery

Map how the process actually runs today, including the exceptions nobody wrote down.

Kuika Modeling
Modeling

Express the steps, decisions, owners and rules as a diagram everyone reads the same way.

Kuika Automation

Automation

Hand repetitive steps to the system and leave the judgment calls to people.

Kuika Improvement

Improvement

Measure where instances wait, remove that constraint, repeat.

Fewer manual errors, because the rules run the same way every time
Consistent execution through the same process across every department.
Shorter cycle times, because no task waits in an inbox for a status update
Audit-ready evidence, recorded in real time
Clear accountability, because every step has an owner and a timestamp
Data for continuous improvement, because every step both runs and reports

What is BPMN 2.0?

BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) is an international notation standard published by the OMG for modeling business processes with standard symbols. It lets technical and non-technical stakeholders read the same diagram the same way. Kuika uses this standard to model every process.
What's the difference between business process automation and workflow management?

Business process automation is the part that replaces manual hand-offs with system actions. Workflow management is the broader discipline that decides what should be automated in the first place.
