Purposeof Processing. Yourpersonal data is processed by Kuika for Company management and representation,management of human resource processes, within the framework of the Companyactivities to conduct agreements with customers and suppliers and fulfilling obligationsarising from the agreements, providing and development of our products andservices, providing correspondence, limited to the purpose of resolving systemerrors, to ensure the fulfillment of legal obligations as required or mandatedby legal regulations, to fulfill the obligation to provide the necessaryinformation in line with the requests and inspections of regulatory andsupervisory institutions and official authorities, to realize its burden ofproof in possible legal disputes that may arise, to obtain statisticalknowledge by anonymizing, making it subject to market reviews and evaluations.
In this regard, Kuika can process yourpersonal data based on, obligations arising from the law, establishment andperformance of contracts, fulfillment of legal obligations, in cases wherepersonal data is made public by you, if the processing is necessary for Kuikato establish, use or protect a right, based on paragraphs (a), (c), (ç), (d)and (e) of PDPL article 5/2.

Inconnection with and limited and measured to the purpose of processing, inaccordance with PDPL’s article 8/2(a), based on paragraphs (a), (c), (ç) and (e) of article 5/2 of the Law,provided that it is required by law and/or for the performance of the contractand/or to fulfill legal obligations and/or for protection or usage of a right,your personal data can be transferred to domestic third parties without therequirement of your explicit consent.
Transfer Abroad. Kuika transfers your personal dataabroad with its parent company Kuika Inc. Which is located at 2711 CentervilleRoad, Suite 400, City of Wilmington, New Castle Country, Delaware, UnitedStates of America. This transfer is made pursuant to your explicit consent inaccordance with PDPL article 9/1.
Additionally, Kuika’s corporate e-mail network works through Gmailprograms. In this case, all e-mail communication you conduct through Kuika’sworkplace e-mail address are stored in encrypted servers of Gmail abroad.
Protection, Storage andDestruction of Personal Data
Protection. Kuika takes utmost physical,technical and administrative precautions to prevent the unlawful processing ofyour personal data, prevent illegal access to your personal data and ensure thenecessary security measures are taken to protect your personal data.
